CLS55 Oil Sensor Issue...Dip stick?

Hey guys. My CLS55 has been popping up with a message about an oil sensor malfunction for a few weeks now. When I go into dyno mode it will still give me an oil level reading...not sure if it's accurate though.

Instead of replacing the sensor for ~$500 at the dealer, is it possible to buy the dip stick measuring tool? I wasn't sure if the ones for the e55's would work on the CLS..

Anyone have any insights? Thanks!

Just bought one! Anyone know the correct reading I should be seeing? I believe these measure in MM if I'm not mistaken..

Any follow up on this?

I need to know the level also....yes, I think it should be a certain amount of mm on the gauge/stick, just don't know how much.....Thanks...
