Proven Supercar Performance

There is no doubt about it, your CLS63 or E63 AMG is a capable high performance, full-size luxury sedan. Although not a lightweight supercar, it can easily and safely be transformed into an ALPHA 7 that will outperform one! In preliminary testing, we set the AMS Shop ALPHA 7 E63 4Matic up against some tough competition. We lined up our 4,300+ lb E63 sedan against a featherweight supercar, the McLaren 12c for a standing half mile shootout. The results in the video below are what you can expect when your E63 or CLS63 is ALPHA 7 equipped!


Exhausting All Possibilities

Designing an exhaust system that fits, sounds and performs correctly is not a simple task. For some manufacturers it might involve just slapping some pipes and a muffler together. For your 5.5L equipped AMG, we had to build something worthy of the car itself. Fitment, quality of materials and design were top priority just like all products we manufacture. Extra time was spent fine tuning the exhaust note to not be overbearing but a pleasant, deep thunderous rumble.

With the ALPHA 7 package, the goal was to alleviate the factory turbochargers on your M157 engine so they are no longer fighting factory exhaust restrictions. The twin turbos feed into our large 76mm smooth mandrel bent stainless steel downpipes and travel downstream through an artistically and professionally engineered exhaust system. The spent energy makes its final journey through our custom mufflers designed specifically to deliver the least amount of backpressure and a symphony of deep thunderous sound so intoxicating you will never want to lift off the accelerator!

The Foundation Is In The Calibration

At the heart of the ALPHA 7 package is AMS' custom ECU tuning. Quite literally, hundreds of hours were spent perfecting the ALPHA 7 file. With over 20 years of calibrating experience our tuning department set to work on creating a performance map from scratch that would not only deliver 700+ hp and 800+ tq, but do it without a single compromise to the way your luxury performance vehicle operates. Each creature comfort, setting and option is maintained. Should you choose to restrain yourself from the throttle you will notice your expertly crafted AMG drives just the same as it did the day you drove it off the showroom floor, if not a little smoother!
