Transmission reset

Can anyone tell me if the dealer can reset my transmission. I do a lot of around town driving and I can tell my transmission shift points are different.

How much? (est)

I wasn't sure if that really worked or if it was a placebo.

It will work if the transmission is in good shape but most use it to "correct" problems that cannot be corrected by resetting.

I have a Benzworks tune, will doing the Trans reset do anything to that?

Unless part of the tune involved transmission shift points the answer is no.
