Low Beam Problem - 2007 CLS63

My driver's side low beam is not working. Both igniters and Xenon bulbs work on the passenger side, but neither sets will work on the driver's side. Could it be a fuse or something else minor that I could try? I hate to take it to the dealership.

I have had a similar issue at the same side, where the low beam will sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. I thought it's only a bulb issue (as xenon bulbs don't go out completely at once). when I scanned the car I got a fault code of it.
So I took it to the dealer and they scanned it with their star system, but found out that the entire head unit is faulty and require replacement. Luckily it's covered by my MB warranty, otherwise it cost $3k for the unit replacement! .
Are you getting any messages on the dash? I recommend you scan the car with a star system first, then you can determine.
