Will W211 coilover fits W219?

Will W211 coilover fits W219?
I am thinking to do the diy coilover conversion for my cls55 amg, due to the bags are on their last leg. I am thinking about BC coilovers but for some reason can only find them for w211s, but based on my research w211 and w219 shares the same chassis therefore it should be interchangeable between the two?

How about the rear control arms? They are the same for both cars as well I guess? Thanks
