Help with Installing New Exhaust Tips

Post Help with Installing New Exhaust Tips
Hey guys,

I am new here and I can really use some help. I have a 2009 CLS550 with the AMG sport package. I want to change my exhaust tips from the Duals to Quads. From me looking at it, it doesn't look like it would fit in the bumper.. I was going to throw those on and get the rear carbon fiber diffuser for the rear bumper but I have no idea about fitment and headaches involved. Can I make this happen without destroying my car?

Any help is highly appreciated. Attached is a pic of the rear of the car currently with the dual exhaust tips and pic of what I'm hoping to go for. Thank you
