5w30 is not the right one for M156.
you better be with 5w40 SAE . try this first and see if it fixes the temp issue.
in the state they use 0w40 as the weather is hot. here in Canada we use 5w40 as its pretty cold.
Although I highly recommend you check your car's user manual and see the MB approval # for oil type. I don't recall the exact number but it should be 225.5 or something like this.

0w40 is better for cold conditions than 5w40
5w30 is not the correct oil and your car is certainly not happy about it.
Normal temperature is 95C to 105C, if your car cannot maintain those temperatures after switching to the correct oil you have another problem
129C is above the operation limit of most oils, might be a good idea to do a compression check...

update
i added 1 more cooler from CL 600 V12
in front bumper so my oil temp droped now to 105% on racing S
when i use C it goes max 100%
so i think i dont need oil change atm cause in mercedes benz georgia they sayd that 5x30 is normal for our weather,
btw today was 39% sun
maybe i change soon to petronas
PETRONAS Syntium 3000 E 5W-40
my motor mileage is 87k KM
