A/C Compressor replaced. Blowing hot air. How to Reset?
Hey guys I just got my A/C Compressor replaced but it's blowing hot air.
I was told that I need to do a reset.
Only reset options I've been able to Google are for other models that don't pertain to the way my climate buttons are setup.
We can't do the Defrost/Recirc reset since both options are on the same button Defrost being on top of the Recirc so they can't be pressed in together...
What is the reset option for a 2006 CLS55?

How hot is the "hot" air?
Your A/C heating valve might be stuck in the open position...
Not sure if you can a reset without Star DAS anymore

Reset AC After AC Compressor Install
Hi. I have a 2006 CLS500 with the same AC set up as your car. (Defrost and recirculate can’t be pushed at the same time.) Were you ever able to reset this? I’m considering ordering an Icarsoft obd scanner. I have seen it used for AC resets on E Class but would have to do a little more research to determine which one or if the same one would work on mine. If not - I may end up going to the dealer if I can’t figure it out. If anyone has figure this out, please chime in. Thanks.
