is this overpriced?
I"m looking at a 2008 CLS63 in California.
Link below. It has low mileage. But seems like it is several grand over priced. I'm on the east coast so would have to either put 2500 miles to drive it back or
have it shipped. shipping I would imagine would be a few grand.

I recently purchased a 2006 CLS55 IWC with 35000 miles for $27K. So, I'd say your right in the ball park on the low mileage model. In fact, I'll sell you mine for $25k and I'm a lot closer to you than CA. I'm in NM.

Man, Can you really live with that beige interior? My GF and I went and looked at a White/Beige 2011 CLS63 at CarMax in our area (yeah, overpriced - but all the options were just what I was looking for)...and we both decided that I wouldn't really appreciate the white car - ever, because I wanted dark colors. And I REALLY didn't like beige. So I hung on to my cash a little while longer to find a black on black, with low miles, in Texas. Had to fly there to look at it, but it was worth the wait.
