Limp Mode?
New to the MB World.... Thank you in advance for any help in this crazy matter.
Disconnected battery and after reconnecting I had a bunch of common errors ie: ABS ESP etc etc however something new..... it starts and seems to run fine, goes into gear but then when you try to drive it the (!) light flashes and the car won't go over 1 mph, engine will not increase RPM'S, stop put it in park or neutral and the engine runs fine again. Scanned with a Autel and on one of the screens ran across a message that says immobilizer activated but couldn't find anywhere to reset it. Key FOB works fine to lock, unlock, pop trunk and panic as well as turn ignition on without any troubles. Tried some "quick fixes", diconnect the battery again, jump up and down and turn myself around, feather rain dance, still no progress. Any help would be great

Disconnect both battery terminals (negative first) and leave them disconnected for few hours.
Reconnect battery terminals (positive first) and clear trouble codes before starting engine. You can do this even if you have AGM battery.
If the car is still on a limb mode, you need a scanner that is able to tell exatcly (like Carsoft MB 2) what is causing the problem.
