what are you guys doing for brighter headlights?

I have OEM HID headlights. I polished and clear coated the headlight outer lens. It is fairly clear looking. I still find driving at night challenging because headlight power is rather weak. Do you guys just get a new DS2 55watt kit? or just the bulbs. What is the best way to tackle this? thanks.

I was thinking the same thing. I know in my case, the inside has to be cleaned also. But I was looking at maybe getting a retro fit done with a new style projector that puts out way more light then stock, with a newer set of bulbs. Probably 5500k or 6000k at the darkest. I found a place here in Atlanta but the want you to take the housings off and send them to them. I wanted to just drop the car off. But I believe that's the route to go for the brightness your looking for...
