2006 CLS 55 ESP/ABS LIGHT Stiff Streering Wheel

My CLS 55 has a stiff steering wheel and ABS/ESP/BRAKE Run-flat indicator inactive lights came on. I plugged in my scanner and it was saying its the left front speed sensor.
Changed out the speed sensor reset the codes and steering wheel was fine no lights and less then mile later came right back on. I scanned the car again and got a new code.
Saying to check the coding the the esp module. I checked the module and cover seemed loose not tight. I took out the ESP module. Did not see any water damage.
Would just changing out the ESP module resolve my issue? Also is it just plug and play or do i need to program the ID? Any in put would help as I have not found much info.
One link was the close to my issue but that one is a CLS500.

Update as of 11/15/19 I ordered a used ESP module. Installed it and now getting a different code on scanner. Reinstalled the old module and same codes as before. Cannot erase codes either. Top is Old module and bottom is used one.

Did you ever solve this problem? Having the same issue with my CLS55 AMG but it’s giving me a code for the rear right speed sensor (L6/4) after the car sat in my driveway for a month without being driven. Gonna replace the ABS ring and wheel speed sensor and see if that fixes it

Any updates with this?? Having same issue. Bought a used module waiting for better weather to install. Can these be coded or an endless issue?

I dont have experience with this but I would check/replace the b24/15 sensor and go from there. Remember that our cars are pretty old now, so things will fail. I replaced both front acceleration sensors for instance (right next to the top of the struts)
