Any info on stock Internals on 2007 CLS63? Forged?

Any info on stock Internals on 2007 CLS63? Forged?
Found a crashed 07 cls63 that is being parted out and they want 3Kish for the engine and trans combo.

Just wanted more info on the stock Internals, the manifold is the darker grey if that meant anything back. I know in the c63 its considered a tell tell sign for forged Internals engine.

I want it so I can build it. Thanks
