I hope to get some help.

CLS550 2007

i put a new battery in it, started and drove but it did not charge the battery.
so I changed the volt regulator and put it back together, now when I start it I get all this:/

break, abs, check engine, outside temp show 187F, red battery, front lights blink, turn signal don’t work but it starts but you are stuck in park.

please, any tips?
someone seen this before?
