CLS55 vs 63 vs CLS 500 Mufflers need help

Im looking for cls 55 mufflers for my e55.
Its pretty rare now.
But i found some mufflers from cls500 with amg package. Its something strange with it: looks same but have a different oem numbers.
As far as i know
The cls55 are
A2194910100 and A2194910200
The cls 63 are
A2194911000
The one i found
A219490301 and A2194900401

The only idea i have , that oem numbers different because this mufflers comes from a right driving wheel ( japan ). But since the rear part of the car should be the same this makes no sense.
Are they sound the same with cls 55 ones?

I have looked through EPC and the part numbers I have found for the CLS55 are as follows:
R 219 490 10 21
L 219 490 09 21

For CLS63
R 219 490 24 21 (after certain VIN part # 42 21)
L 219 490 23 21 (after certain VIN part # 47 21)

CLS 500 (w/ AMG Pacakage)
R 219 490 14 21
L 219 490 13 21

CLS 500 (Japan market w/ AMG)
R 219 490 22 21 (after certain VIN part # 46 21)
L 219 490 21 21 (after certain VIN part # 45 21)

None of the part numbers I could find had the number shown in the picture of the muffler (219 490 04 01). EPC shows all part numbers and the superceded versions so that number wasn't just an older version. I also noted that each of your part numbers listed had the part group of 491 (except the part number of the muffler) as part of the part number while all the exhaust systems actaully have the part group of 490. I'm not sure any of this is helpful for you, but hopefully you get something out of it.

Have you searched salvage yards in such areas as California and Texas for exhaust systems? I have bought several systems for other brand cars out of California that were in almost new condition (externally) because of the weather there. No rust and all bolts came apart like it was a new car. Never see that in most of the US. Good luck.
