Bought an auction 2006 CLS55. Was missing the supercharger pulley and belt.
I am assuming it may have/had a tune?
Is there any way to determine that?
Car has shorty headers but stock intercooler.
What else should I check?
You'll just need to buy a pulley and tune combo mate. Who knows what size pulley was on there.
I'm guessing no service history either..
I'd replace the conductor plate in the trans (Might as well do it while servicing trans) along with all fluids and filters in the car.. I'd be looking at the air filters in the intake with it being so dirty too!
What's that white on the throttlthrottling don't recall seeing that before..
Most of the dust all over the car is actually from the auction yard where it sat for a while.
They even left the drivers door ajar (need a window regulator - on order already).
But yes, the air filters are disgusting, service reminder is 632km past.....lol.
I plan on changing ALL fluids, including supercharger oil, and plugs of course. Also all filters (air, cabin, compressor).
Found a stock pulley, and I think I will start with a "stockish" tune and see how it runs first.
