I know that Canadian models had the option for rear heaters, and the IWC came with them standard, but are the cars prewired in the door panels and rear for heated seats? I have a set of rear heated seats en route and curious if I will be able to plug them in along with the door switch, or if something far more substantial is required?
For anyone that comes across this, from some research in WIS, it looks like the heated seat switches plug into the existing control modules in the rear doors to send a signal to the existing heated/ventilated seat module which should activate the rear seat heaters. I don't have a STAR laptop, but I assume I will have to activate this portion of the module once everything is plugged in, barring no missing harnesses inside the car.
