Low beams not working

I have a 2006 CLS55 with the Bi-Xenon headlights.

Both of my low beams do not turn on. I also get an error for "Active Headlamp Control Currently Unavailable". I have tried a few different bulbs but that is not the issue. My fuses look good. My daytime running lights work fine, same with my high beams.

My front SAM module has the following errors:
9003 Component E1e2 (low beam) or the lead has short circuit. Not defined

Any ideas on what the issue might be? Or what I should do for troubleshooting? If it was just one side I would start replacing the Igniter. But since it is on both sides I think those are good ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

If the car thinks there is an issue like a short circuit that could cause a fire or burn out a control module it can and often will shut down that circuit. MB DAS tool has specific trubleshooting steps that go along with such a fault code. Short of having that tool available to you, start at the lights and work away from them looking for any possible wire damage to the power side or the gound side. But, it could be inside the ignitor or other components that are part of the circuit. This kind of fault is not easy to troubleshoot and even more so if youi don't have the diagnostic tool to point you in the right direction.
