2008 CLS 63

Hello, I have a 120,000 mile CLS and the low coolant light just came on. However I know it’s not the head bolt issue (well kind of) because the previous owner was a “Mercedes mechanic” (in quotes because I don’t know how true that is) and he said he replaced the headbolts already and I believe him because I doubt it would have lasted this long. Also there is no visible leaks. I know cars evaporate coolant overtime, should I be worried?

I have a CLS55 had a same msg before turn out to be really low coolant. They do evaporate so it's normal. My E55 happened once too ( I own it for 12 years)

How can it evaporate? It is a closed system.
