Has anyone installed the fabtech pulleys and could help me. I'm having issues with the drive belt tensioner pulley, when I tighten the bolt down the pulley can't spin freely. I'm not sure if its a problem with fabtech or an issue on all billet pulleys. When I compare the OEM to it, the OEM is much thinner. The one im taking about is the one circled in blue and the one circled in purple is what the other pulley looks like.
I just installed a 5pc billet pulley set from UPD and noticed that the stock drive belt pulley tensioner bearing cover just under the bolt cannot be used or the pulley will not spin. I just used the bolt only it worked prefect. Have you tried this? Hope it helps.
