m156 head gaskets, bolts, need some help IDing parts

New to this forum and I need some assistance please.
I am taking apart a 2008 CLS63, loss of fluid and upper hose blowing out. Doing Gaskets, headbolts, tappets, and the PCV valve while i've opened the motor up.
What manual are you all using, the WIS? where do I get ahold of one of these for my car? does anyone have a link they can share?
Also, 13 year old plastic breaks even for the careful.
back of manifold, the tabs collapsed and the body cracked, is there a part number i may have? this is what goes into it. this is intact I read elsewhere on the forum that this just pulls out. didn't quite work out that way in my example. a part number would be appreciated this tube split, also from back of manifold and then runs along side the drivers side head. its held in place by an oetiker clamp.
This is the first Mercedes motor I have worked on. I have rebuilt dozens upon dozens of lotus twin cams, cosworth BDA's, Hart 420r's, Jaguar XK's and under protest my brothers Maserati's Ghibli engine (the real one, not the one that looks like an Acura), Delightful motor to work on. its so awesome to me as this motor was clearly designed by race car people.
