Where are you located? Keyless is a common issue as I understand but the dealer programmed key should work although it it expensive $700-$800. Everything else will need to be assessed by a AMG/Mercedes mechanic but yes the maintenance and repair cost is very high. I purchased mine late last year and have spent close to $12K on it already including a stage 1 tune for $1K. Replaced or repaired most items and this did not include replacing head bolts which had been done already. Once you replace or update pending items, car is a beast and drives very solid. I would consider your budget and what makes sense. That does not mean everyone will have the same experience so a good assessment is key in determining short term and long term expenditure. I am in Atlanta. If you need further details welcome to contact me. Good luck with everything.

I'm in Atlanta also... My Benz mechanic is at "Ted's Garage" in Snellville. They specialize in Mercedes and BMW. They've done all my repairs, well most of them. Some things you have to go to the dealer for... But Ted's do very good work at reasonable prices...

Hello. Yes we briefly met over another thread. I go to DC Motorwerks whose owner(s) used to be with Blue Ridge. They are also PressureTech tuners. Located off of 120 just west of Peachtree Industrial Blvd. in Duluth. Behind Gokul restaurant. Very satisfied and happy with them. Let me know if you want to meet up one weekend. Thanks
