The driver window on my CLS55 makes a hideous and annoying squeaking noise whenever the window rolls up or down when it’s raining and/or the window is wet. How do I fix this? None of my other windows do this.

mine was doing a bit of this before the window regulator failed. I'm not saying that is what is happening but it was sure timely for me

Yes my cls55 does that same thing on drivers side. Especially when it's hot out, cooler not so much. The noise starts out loud then quiets some as the window progresses downwards. I always though it was the seal squeaking on the glass. Could try some Rain-X on the window to see if that makes a difference or not. Just thought of that.

Crazy part is. My window regulator just failed on my front passenger window. However, the passenger front window did not make this noise when the window went up & down in the rain. Only the driver window. I’m guessing the driver window is on its way out too
