No ESP ABS Speedtronic after Variant coding
Hi guys my name is Mo from Germany.
This is my first post here maybe somebody could give me some guidance.
I raised the speed limit for my cls 55 amg from 230 kmh to 300 kmh and I have no abs, esp, speed tronic, steering wheel is also heavy.
Changing the settings back to original didn't help.
It says: 4A30 ECU no identifed or wrong ECU
5B16: check control unit N47-5
Any help would be gladly appreciated!

It is probably the scanner and the need to clear codes. I use Star System and that’s the only way to clear codes in certain subsystems ( like transmission etc.). Changing the limiter should not have changed anything else. Recheck your steps carefully. You may need to find someone with the Star system to correct the issue, or take it to a dealer.
