CLS 55 Oil Pump Prime

Backstory: So, I got this CLS 55 from 2005 with the M113K engine a month or so ago. I got the car with unknown mechanical damage, had a knock sound, plus I knew that some O-rings get hard on the oil pump, so I thought I might as well take out the bottom end to do some inspection and maintenance. All that went good, bearings turned out to be perfect, but in my infinite wisdom I forgot to pour oil into the oil pump before assembling the whole thing. This brings me to my current situation, I have the spark plugs out and cranking, but no oil is entering the oil filter housing.

On to my question: I am looking for a smart way to prime the oil pump without taking out the bottom end again. Obviously I will if I have to, but it's a PITA so I want to make sure that I've exhausted every other option available.

Edit: Any kind of information about the lubrication system of the car is greatly appreciated. Diagrams or any kind of knowledge really.

Welcome to the forum. As you may know that the CLS (model 219) is based on the E Class (211) platform. There were many more E55 than CLS55 so many CLS55 owners spend their time on the E55 forum page here: https://mbworld.org/forums/w211-amg-81/ You will get a lot more eyeballs on your postings over there.
