(CLS 55 AMG)not gonna beat around the bush too much basically i was driving around no issues and then battery/alternator light in red popped up and wanted me to stop the car i didn't... i drove the car home which wasn't too far but more things popped up one saying reduced stopping power, another for convenience functions and and also headlights were flickering the car was just freaking out also it did smell a bit like plastic or rubber burning and was able to be jumped to move where i had it parked and wouldn't turn back over after the jump and volts were reading 11.5 i replaced the main battery with a new one about a month ago so i would assume it cant be that. with this just wondering if anyone would happen to have more knowledge on if it is bad alternator. Just incase this may be a cause too i need to replace conductor plate something about speed sensor.
