What color and wood finish can you ask for on the CLSAMG? I am not crazy about the "brown" wood....For sure you can only get Brown High gloss or not on the CLS500...

Will the "Bird's eye" (what ever that was called..... dark black wood) be available?

By the way, is it just me or it feels very plastic like ? (Yes I have actually sat in the car)....

What do you guys think about the Brabus Kevlar look ? I think I like it better...

Wheels:

Don;t know the model name...Can you ask for the AMG 19'' , 5 double spokes with the bolts all around (like on the CL65 or SL65). How much would that be?

Steering Wheel:

Thicker one would be nicer....Does Brabus make one yet ???

 

No Black Birdseye Maple (too bad!). There are 2 choices right now, High Gloss Laurel and I believe Burl Walnut.

You can ask for whatever you want, but the 19" AMG Double Spoke 2pc wheel you are referring to is VERY expensive. It will not be a factory option. The CLS55 will have a no-cost (read: no-brainer) 19" option which is a simple 5-spoke design. Very nice IMHO. Here are some pics...





Yes, I agree. I would have much preferred the wheel off the E55 (retrofit perhaps??). Although I've never seen the CLS55 wheel, the CLS500 wheel is essentially the same as the SL. And yes, you can get aftermarket wheels that are thicker...just remember to get the right one with the speedshift button provisions.

Get the gloss laurel.... Beleive me I got it and it looks almost as dark as the black maple but even better!! Night and day between the matt Burl which looks so cheap and plastickey. This was the first one that my dealer had seen and could not believe how much nicer it is. You will not be dissapointed!!
