I'm in the process of buying a 2002 C32 and I wanted to check if anyone knew that all 2002 C32s were CA emissions legal as otherwise I need to check again that this car is going to be legal when I get it moved to CA.

yeah all stock c32 are emissions legal in CA. good luck on your purchase, i'm in bay area too.

Excellent, with luck I'll be signing the paperwork on Monday, we'll have to meet up when it's finally delivered (late March with even more luck).

And can you recommend a good MB dealer/service dept. around here, Smyth on Stevens Creek seems to be getting mixed reviews

I use Stead in Walnut Creek but I heared good things about Stevens Creek
