well i mean i guess we are paying for the R&D time and the brackets to make this fit... also for the hoses!! Also paying for peice of mind knowing that it will work and that we dont have to go through the headache of putting something together ourselves and making it fit ourselves (for anyone who doesnt like to do backyard mechanics it would be a good thing).

Tom: I am assuming you are refering to 230K.
The problem is cost, to design a custom fit air-to-water intercooler system will easily be over $3000 retail, to adapt a bigger and better Lysholm kompresoor will be over $4000. Add labor and there are very few 230K owners willing to spend this kind of money on their cars.
