springs coilovers
the ride is still very comfortable. yet initial turn in is a bit sharper and perhaps a bit crisper. i would think that the ride stiffness is up around 15-25%, though not confirmed with manufacturer spring rates. the handling is noticably improved, but does not drastically change the character of the car. H&R's are a good coilover choice if you want something affordable, improves handling (at least in my experinece), and has ride-height adjustability.
other coilover options are Bilstein PSS9, Carlsson RS (a variant of the PSS9, revavled by Carlsson), and KW (v2 and v3 offer varying adjustabilities). though these are all more pricey than the H&R's. for my purposes, H&R's were a very good choice.
