I was in the same boat....couldn't decide whether to go a darker shade for the wheels or play it safe and stick w/ silver....IMO the black scheme is the current "fad" right now and will die out eventually.....and all the girls that I know that see a car w/ black wheels don't like it, they also says it looks like it's missing a hubcab or it looks like a spare..... 
it doesn't look bad, but I'd rather have it if I had a darker/black car......and like Blake mention if you keep your car for awhile it will stand the test of time.....silver/brushed alum that is...

Plus you got 20s. The pics i seen of the 542s on the E-class in black look great.

The wheels have finally been sent out and should arrive early next week. Because I'm such an impatient basterd, I had them take a picture of the wheel and send it to me... LOOKS SOOOOO SWEET!!!!
