Wow! That price is steep

Any discount for the upcoming C230 one?
If this is a bolt on without drilling than this can be stolen really easy $650 can be easily lost.

Quote: Sorry for the late response guys, i am glad a lot of you like the lip, it really looks so sweet in person. I was getting bored of my C55, and thinking of getting rid of it, but with the lip the car looks so mean now! I think i will keep it a bit longer then i expected!

The great news is the C55/CLK55/500 Lip is now ready for sale!

Go to this thread here

https://mbworld.org/forums/c32-amg-c55-amg-w203/129743-day-many-have-been-waiting-carbon-fiber-lip-c55-ready-sale.html

The C32/C230SS lips will be ready soon.

We are going to start tommrow for a lip for the W211 E55.
Neal,

I must say your CF lip looks really nice on your ride. GREAT JOB!

I like the style of this lip and how it accentuates the line of the AMG bumper. I'll still get the Brabus lip for now (Do you think you can get the W211 lip done before April's Boston HIN?) for the upcoming show, but your new pics have definitely converted me!

Sorry for the initial bashing though, the pics was too small so I got frustrated.

hot lips, but dammmmmm nnnn the price is way too steep!!!!! I can get rims for that price! Dam n it Neal. Lol! The c230ss better be cheaper. I think no more than $300 should be good and that is pushing it. It is a great piece of work, but at that price and for a bolt on in the nyc AREA...... IT'S A NO NO. I hope this price is sort of introductory because the product is hot off the press right now. Please say it ain't so NEAL!!!!!!. Maybe the C55/c32 guys can afford that, but I drive a c230ss for a reason...can you guess what it is? lol!

I think if it's VERY high-quality, it's worth it. It's kind of in the same realm as true-blue Mercedes Benz parts (i.e. rear wing), so if the quality is there, fine. It should be extremely well-made, fitment, fasteners, finish, etc...at that price though.

Ok, sorry for the trouble with the link we have been having. I think it should be fixed for now. But just to make it easier, go to our home page www.euroteckmotorsports.com and click on the picture of the lip and that should take you right to it. If there are any other issues with it, please let me know.

Also, as some of you pointed out, the price with retail and introductory did not add up. Some of you may be happier to see REAL price now which is $579 introductory and $649 retail. Sorry about the confusion. All the people that have already bought it will be credited the difference.

I'd love to buddy, but unfortunately the carbon fiber alone cost more then that these days. You still cannot even get a plastic or fiberglass add on lip for a Mercedes for less then what this carbon fiber lip cost.

**** for what that it is, it's not cheap at all. I payed 700 for my C55 wing and it was not even carbon. Pay to play.
Keep it high Neil, keep it exclusive.

I guess I can understand that. Ok OK.....I'll patiently wait to get mine for the c230/c32 and take the hit. Hopefully not too much of a hit. lol!
Anyways, It is very beautiful Neal. You made a very tasteful design and your company should be very proud. That is one of the most dramatic looks on a w203 chasis that I have seen in a long time.

Well, you still drill holes at the bottom of the bumper to allow the bolts to go in easier. If you are worried about it getting stolen, it wont. Your wheels will get stolen first. And if you are asking how strong it is, its actually on there very tight and very firm. Although if you are asking if you can hit pot holes and curbs with it daily, I cannot say how long it will take before it cracks.

I will try to get pics of that. Although the lip for you will be for the C32 and the C55 lip is different so my pics may not help that much.

Adam,

That info will be released when the C32 lip is. I can tell you one thing, it will not cost more then the C55 lip.

thanks Neal,
thats what i was hoping to hear (under $580) I agree with most as to keep the price high for exclusivity, but at the same time... i'm buying a 32" lcd and a brand new DELL PC (this is just gifts for myself) so the cheaper, the better . Anyway, any idea when the C32 lip will be available, do you have preliminary pics of it in the mean time?

btw - how much does the CF engine cover cost for the C32 and does it come in black cf or NOT b/c it would just absorb excess heat?

sorry to be such a pain, im just very EXCITED!
