Not street legal. Period.
That car has huge drag slicks which are not street legal. It probably has no cats. It has a non-standard engine, which is not street legal in many places. I'd have a hard time believing that it could be registered in many places at all. It's most certainly not street legal in America because it's not a car that would be legal here in the first place. What is it that makes the car "street legal"? How is this any more street legal (besides the headlights) than a 4.5s 1/4 mile top fuel dragster? So, a drag car runs 8's. Big f-in deal!
And moreover. It wouldn't be the fastest anyway. Fast means top speed. It may be the fastest to 60, but it tops out at 168. My 10 year old stock NSX tops out at 168. It just takes longer to get there. The Koenigsegg CCR is the fastest street legal car. It can go 241mph. With the aerodynamics of that piece of **** in the article, you'd be lucky to break 170 with 4000hp, and you might die doing it.
So, the article and heading should be...
POS, entirely unoriginal, extremely ugly car goes faster than similar pieces of crap that some A-holes built in their garages. BFD. The car makes what, 1400hp with an 11.5 liter motor, race gas and nitrous? So what?

that's not a street car....
shouldn't street cars run on street tires, have some interior at least, be fairly everyday driveable, and run on PUMP gas? for this reason, modded 993 turbos and 996 turbos are the best street cars of anytime hands down
