To mod or not to mod??

To mod or not to mod??
Ive been going back and forth trying to decide if I want pulley and ecu on my c32 or not.
The + are obiously more hp and speed :p
But on the other hand, its really nice to have a stock car, no worries ect.
What helped you to decide?
My car has rolled 55000km, what do you think of the reliablity of the car if I mod it?
I will have to pay about 2500$ if I go to Kleemann, but they dont provide intercooler upgrades or SL55 splitters.
Seems safer, but Im not that keen on modding without upgrading the cooling.
Or I could order all parts from evosport, and have them installed by some local shop (who isn't specialized in merc)...
Or I keep driving my stock merc and buy a jetski.
