Headlight Lens Protection

Have any of you used Stongard or Xpel on your headlights and/or fog lights? On clear bixenons, is it visable? Can it be taken off without scratching the plastic covers?

I have it on my bix lights. You cant see it on there, only the edges. I've never tried taking it off though. Mine uses Venture film I believe

The fog light film though is a little on the small side, so it doesnt cover as well as the headlight

Is the install easy for lights, not paint? Autosport sells them for under $50.00.

yeah, the install is very easy since its a "small" surface area compared to doing the front end (which I had done professionally). I had one of my headlights replaced, so I had to get another film for the light. All you do is clean it off, and then spray it with an alcohol/water mix, apply the film, position, and squeegee the water out. I usually hack these things, and I did get some air bubbles in there. It looks cloudy at first, but over time it turns clear.
