rear suspension
I have a c55 with wheels. i have 26530zr19's in the back. the tires rub sometimes when i go over dips and bumps, especially when there is weight in the back. I don't want to mess with the fenders, but i was thinking a suspension change might solve the problem. Any ideas about stiffer springs? I don't know much about the cars suspension so I don't know what would actually make a difference? Is it worth my time or should I just get smaller wheels?

Did you have your fenders rolled? They come half-rolled from the factory, you might need to roll it a bit more.
Do you have spacers in your wheels? If so, use a smaller spacer or remove it.
Try tires that are less wide next time.
Stiffer suspension won't help. Well, it'll help, but it won't solve your problem, because at full compression, it'll still rub; thus, it's still as dangerous...

I am running stock suspension, I do have spacers, and I have not rolled the fenders. I talked to the local shop here in Huntington Beach, they said that rolling the fenders would be the quickest, cheapest way to go and it should solve my problem so I think I'm just going to do that. I was hoping to be able to stuff my tires inside the stock fenders and stiffen up the suspension so I don't lose any cosmetic performance, but that may be too much time/money to be practical for me right now. Thanks for your help.
