What have you used your I-button (Tele Aid) for?

I have used the phone, called in and had them call my wife so I could talk to her hands free while I was road tripping. I used it once to find a 24 hour pharmacy out of town, and once when I hit that curb and flattened my tire.
When Stacy crashed her E500 she was so thankful for the SOS people, I know they are two different things but its the same phone, I would hesistate to buy a car without it.

The Wrench & SOS make the system Fully worth it, no doubt about that...

I was never quite clear on whether the Tele-Aid features are free for the first year or is it free for the roadside assistance and 1 year free for the concierge features? I'll have to look that up.
But to answer the question, I've never used it to date - thank goodness. I just tried it when I activated it the day after I got my car.
