From what I've seen in the various other threads, there are are two types of these lights- LED and Red&Clear. They aren't OEM S-Class lights, just modified W203 lights.
They fit flush with simple plug-n-play on pre '04 models with 6pin connectors and need wiring modification to fit '05+ cars with 7pin connectors.
EBay has them all over the place, with LED ones averaging $220.
There's also a current group on MBCanada, but you'll have to pay extra for shipping to the US.
