Your dealer will be able to paint it, or at least suggest you to authorized shops that have the correct Mercedes paint.

How long would it take to ship for SLK55?

There is a paint code on your car. Any body shop can match the paint. As far as the lip, well if carlsson has the lip in stock, it can be shipped in a day, if its not in stock it can be 8 weeks.
