C32 AMG
The best launch Techniques
Hi, guys, I got my C32 for a couple of months now and i still couldn't quite figure out the right techniques for a good launch. seems like i always get too much wheel spin off the line. So what's the best way to launch a C32? Should I shift myself or let the auto tranny does the shifting itself? At which RPM should i power brake it to? do i leave the ESP on or off? Any input will be very welcome.

Well I've tried the break torque method, tried doing it with the transmission in "D" and tried shifting to 1st then letting it shift itself after that. I would say the best method, if you can perfect it, would be to brake torque. It takes a lot of practice to get good at it though(at least for me). I think putting it in 1st and letting it shift the rest of the way is the next best way.......
