Success of Importing Cars (USA-->Aus)
Hey Guys,
I've been reading for a while, as I’m looking to make a purchase possibly later in the year and spend around 70,000-80,000 Australian ($52,000 - $60,000 US) and i was wondering to myself if any body knows how viable it is to import a car directly from O/s and get it shipped here. The problem lies with the cost of a C55 in Australia is around $120,000 US. I know it is a long shot, calling out to any Australian members, but i know they exisit and was wondering of any similar success stories.

Not from Australia but I have a friend who lived there as a teenager. He said that it is easier to bring cars in from England or other backwards 
driving countries becasue the conversion costs to RHD are enormous.
