Have you done any runs to compare braking distance.. or fadeness (man is that even a word?)

very very very and did i mention very nice...so are all the brake mounting points the same across all MB models...front and rear? I would have thought the rears would be different but then again cost savings would dictate they'd be the same.

I think it would just be fade still....also hey man thanks for the quote on those TSW Catalunyas...im hanging on to that for someone else perhaps since i went with OZs found on craigs

Thanks. Haven't done any comparisons. I'm guessing there is some improvement in distance and fading given the better design over stock, but it's likely minimal as the fronts do most of the work. I was more interested in addressing the asthetics.

The W203s and W209s are interchangable rear to rear and front to front, but not front to rear.

hmmmm, with that said then this could work for the w210 then...can you find out please?

The W203 and W209 share the same c-class chassis and many components. The W210 is a different ballgame and I don't think it would be a bolt-on mod. If I hear anything different, I'll let you know...

well i have the c32 front on my car.........i just need to know about the rear........seems like to me the rear shouldn't be a problem but i may be wrong but anyway please find out for me if you can......

Can you also tell us the shop you got them from and where they are located incase anyone else wants to get these.

I don't have the part #'s. If the coupe is based on the W203 chassis (which I think it is) then they will fit. You just need to make sure your wheels will clear the calipers.

blando, are the rear rotors the same size as the stock (they look like it since you still have the dust sheilds)? If so, then could you please find the part numbers for each side (I know you have heard this already).. Then if these are off the CLK55, you mentioned that you are looking into upgrading the fronts, are the CLK rotors the same size as ours and do they match the rears (x-drilled and slotted)?

They seem bigger, but that may be just my imagination. Regardless, they are apparently a direct bolt-on. The front rotors also seem to be the same size as ours and do match the rears (in terms of pattern). But for me, I think it looks fine with the stock fronts for now (until I have to replace them). I don't have the part #'s. Feel free to contact the shop directly.

Thanks. It was one of those things that just bothered me about the car. They should have done that from the beginning...

If you have any problems getting it, feel free to contact the shop that did mine. They were able to get it in under a week and at a discount no less. Cool stuff...

Some additional information I found out today: The heat shield does have to be trimmed a bit to accomodate the larger caliper and longer flex lines should be installed.

I emailed the shop a few questions and never heard back... I wanted to know if the rotors from the clk55 will bolt right up to our current brake system, I like the xdrilled and slotted rotors they come with. I think the front rotors are the same size as ours, but the rears are a little larger. Does anyone know if these rotors will fit our stocks calipers??
