where do you get rear spring pads??

where do you get rear spring pads??
I have some renntech springs on the way and I keep reading about adding rear spring pads. I have a few questions
1. where do you buy them?
2. which ones should I get to keep the rear either level to the front or a little higher, I am seeing people using sizes 5-9?
3. how much are the pads?

2. - #4 should be perfect for you to achieve your desired look. The available pads are 1, 2, 3, and 4, with #1 being the thinnest and #4 being the thickest.
3. - Can't remember how much I paid, but I'm pretty sure it was less than $20 for a pair.

ok, I guess I meant like 5mm-9mm. Does the stock C32 already come with pads (possibly #2 the 9mm) in them? I will probably want to go with the #2 pad and will I need to go buy them?
