Hey guys,
I presently have an Acura NSX, andlooking at getting a used 2002 C32 with approximately 60K miles on it. Is there anything I should be looking out for as far as problems are concerned? Any recalls?

look for the following:
jerk from 1 and 2nd during constant traffic... this is very common problem for 02 and some 03...
if you do a search on lock up converter you will find tons of info. basically you need a new ecu or have the transmission replaced.
one dealer ignored the problem Newport Beach CA and another Caliber Motors of Anaheim put a new tranny and ECU. So you better have extended warranty.
Also look for Xenon lights already with the car. Its a pain to have Bi-xenons installed after the fact..
The car is not the smoothest outthere.. but it sure is fun to drive.
The handling of the car is not the greatest, so invest on some springs. A pulley and chip is a must on this car... so start saving for that.

No. It's a different module for the transmission. I don't know if they could reflash it, but they would refuse to anyway. They will want to install a new unit (some dealers want to install a new transmission too).
