[QUOTE=d wig]because people that own amg are much more educated about mercedes benz than an average joe that decides he needs a new car andjust buys the first benz he sees on the show room.QUOTE]

Both of your comments make absolutely so sense. 1) why would a business wait to make money when they can make money right then and there. you have to realize that the C32 is discontinued and being replace by a C55 which when MB decided to use that AMG kit on their C230/320 SS (the kit not only limit to the C230) 2) I beg the differ on people that own AMG are much more educated about mercedes benz. Just because an average joe have money and wanting to buy an exclusive mercedes line doesnt make him more educated. I talked to a guy on my block and commenting on his S55, he said one of the reason why he bought it because the sales guy told him that it was the best in the S class. On top of that, he rotated his wheels by himself from front to rear until I told him that he cant rotate staggered setup like that.

u guys are taking this way too far... as i said twice already i am going from "MY OWN EXPERIENCE"...and from what i experienced people take more time to understand mercedes when they have amg... i can care less if your friend got a s55 and doesnt know that you cant rotate staggered wheels..c32 is discontinued but it is still amg.. so your saying that even though amgs are supposed to be classic cars that merecedes should just say who cares about the c32 because we have the c55 now?? that is kind of rediculous..and im sure if that was the case quite a few amg owners would be pissed off.. as far as installs from steve... i know PLENTY of people that can install items such as bi-xenons and navis etc...i have family that has been working on mercedes for almost 22 years... me and him (steve) had a simple dissagreement.. i have nothing against that guy and im sure he is very talented.. but if he wouldn't want to make money off me in the future if i wanted to buy something from him just because we got in a stupid little argument than so be it... this thread was not intended to turn into a big argument... i was only venting on what i have been seeing and expressing my OPNION about my observation...YEs i think its kind of messed up that they made the new kompressor look like a c32... yes when i worked at a benz dealership amg owners were much more educated about mercedes...and yes the fact that the kompressor looks like a c32 is having a affect on my decision.. if you guys have different opinions or experienced something different than thats fine.. but don't say i am wrong in my opinion when things can be different where ever you are from..

Will do... later this afternoon. The PSS9's are awesome!!! Ride is comfortable and it is definitely low enough. I can probably even lower it another inch if I wanted to. BTW - Bilstein came out with brand new coilovers just for the C55 (about 3 months ago). This is what I have... so maybe that's why they can be lowered so much.

Thats why you Brabus your car out with full replacement bumpers, exhaust, wheels, etc. If you can afford a C32, you can afford to make your car look different/better then a regular C230.

Brabus does not make exhausts for the C32 and their bumpers are not all that, they don't even have side skirts.

You can use a W203 or W209 Brabus exhaust on the C32. If you use a W203 one, you have to weld it. W209 will fit perfectly, but the tips arent angeled and staggered. I think the Brabus kit looks better than the AMG one.

Any way you look at an AMG vs. same model non-AMG, the AMG is a completely different car INSIDE AND OUT. If it bothers you that your AMG doesn't stand out from a C230k, then do what everyone else on here does best. Buy mods and enjoy them. Add uniqueness and make you feel good every time you look at it. I plan on putting a different bodykit on my C32 if I ever can sell my car and get one. After that I will add some nice staggered rims, quad exhaust, and CL-grille. If you want more power than send it to RENNtech or Kleeman. There are so many different options in aftermarket stuff, that you can even make your modded C32/C55 will stand out from the other modded ones.
