Looking to purchase c32 amg few ?s

Past cars:
95 toyota Supra
04 Nissan 350z
01 Audi S4
05 Subaru STI
00 Corvette C5
05 Cadillac CTS
all cars had different areas where they had their pros and cons.
I really love this car because of its power, luxury, and looks.
The few ?s I had are
1)How do these cars hold up with mileage?
Some that I am looking at are 40, 50, 60k ... anyone with some of these mileages or more can you give your input?
2)Any model years to stay away from?
3)Any engine/suspension modifications that add power to the car thats not expensive or very difficult to do?
4) Any weak areas in the car that cause for replacing? ie (power seats are horrible and need new motors, supercharger problems, etc, etc)
Thanks guys for your input.. looking forward to getting one real soon

There is a service bulletin issued by MB that applies to a subset of the early-model C32 AMG cars. 2002, possibly some 2003s. They suggest the replacement of the radiator with a different brand that they specify. All you have to do is see if the VIN of the car you are considering is in the block of numbers that this fix applies to, and determine if the radiator has been changed out. This is not a recall, so don't count on it being done already.
This can develop into a serious problem, if not caught/avoided early. The radiators in question can fail internally, and leak glycol into the transmission fluid via cooling lines that share the same radiator housing. If this occurs and is not caught early enough, tranny damage results - $$$$$.
This is not necessarily a common problem, but it happens often enough that MB has a service bulletin about it, containing VIN numbers of the cars in question. You decide the importance.
took it in to my dealer and replaced with a new trans and module. Runs like new.
best mod for this car is
No resonator, Green filters, Pulley and chip, and SL55 intake.
