My New C32
Ok guys....I thouth i was in love when i met my wife....But man am i in love now. I just took delivery of my C32 yesterday and man is this car fast!!!. I can't wait to match it up agaisnt my friends M3, his is a 2005 competition package. Pictures are coming soon......

CSL or competition package ? they are 2 different things.
With comp. package it's hard to say.. with CSL which to my knowledge is not even released in the US, u could get killed bc it has a much lighter bodyweight.

thank you for correcting me, yes it is the competiton package. This was just made to mirror the CSL in some aspects.

Careful when racing with your friend's M3. I'd practice on the launching technique before doing anything... that means from a dead stop and rolling as well. But good luck

now that you mention launching technique....what is the best way to launch the C32? Anyone please and I sure will try to post that video.

congratz with the car. i won't bother racing an M3 from a stop on stock 17s. They don't grip that well. The competition has a beefier suspension setup than the regular M3 and cross drilled rotors. I forgot what else they got extra on that over the regular M3.

congrats on car. the race will be close, in many cases a driver's race. though top-end is more predictable, usually c32 will pull ahead a bit. best bet is to use gearing / mph starting point to your favor where possible. but generally on top end c32 squeaks ahead a bit, whereas from a stop it's all about the driver it's very very close. i won't be surprised if m3 wins sometimes or if c32 wins sometimes. tho c32 pulls on top end.

yup. Having a slightly bigger hp than M3, C32 pulls on top end. But M3 peak hp is at 7900 rpm, meaning they can still pull at high rev. Like what everybody has said, it's a driver's race.. meaning whoever drives better, wins.
Oh, and we're talking about straight line race right ? Forget twisties..

thank you guys for the good imput, but trust me i feel invincible, the car is ridiculous fast, I bought it from a dealer and the original owner had this car babied. I believe it has an upgraded suspension, 19 inch rims, (the brand i have not even determined to look at what it is) all I know is that they look slamming! You never know what other upgrades he has put on it. It also has rear roof spoilers. Just waiting for the weekend for a nice wax and a sunny day to take pictures. My friends M3 is sequential, so i think it will be a close race.
