'02 C32 Check Engine Light
Just posting to see if anyone has had a similar problem?
Bought an '02 C32 with 21000 miles in August. The check engine light came on Sunday. Dropped the car off at Glauser MB Dealer here in denver with the light still on. The read MB got from the light was an "air injection issue." MB service advised they have ordered quite a few parts to install as they couldn't determine the exact air injection issue. Prior to the light illuminating, I would experience problems with a cold start. The car would start, jump up in idle, then almost stall out as if it wasn't getting enough fuel and/or air. it would sputter for about 20 to 30 seconds before resuming a normal idle.
Must add that the service dept has been great.
Has anyone had similar issues and what was the cost and resolution.
