I love my new C55 but my only concern is that, a couple of days after I got it, the engine stalled when I shift from park reverse to drive. I brought it back to the dealership and they checked everything and said nothing was wrong, the only thing they could come up with was the fuel in the car and they tested that and it came out okay. It hasn't happened again.
The other thing is that it seems a little slow of the start. I can't tell if they engine is still learning my driving style or if the transmission has an issue. Should I be flooring the pedal to feel the 362hp? Somedays the engine is great espically on the highway but sometime i feel like the transmission doesn't want to shift to the next gear.
Any help would be great!

The stall is a difficult one. Some thoughts - keyless go, and hitting the button by accident? I'm quite surprised that the car did not register a fault - are you sure the dealer looked for stored faults in all areas of the vehicle using Star?
Thoughts on the slow off the start - is the transmission setting set to 'C' (Comfort Mode) which starts the vehicle in 2nd rather than 1st. On cold starts the transmission will hold gears longer to warm the cats faster - is that when the trans feels slow to upshift? Also - after aggressive driving in 'S' mode - the trans does tend to anticipate that driving style before returning to a more conservative shift pattern.
