i believe 2nd is 65-70 and 3rd. is 105-110... 4th i don't quite remember if it made it to 150 if not it's very close to that. I take 3rd to the max atleast once day, probably my fav gear. Im blesses with long off and on ramps near my house... so i can get to over a 100 on any one of them, with no fear of police.
